The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, held talks with the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Patrushev, during his official visit to Moscow. This was reported by RIA-Novosti.

It is noteworthy that earlier today, Mnatsakanyan met with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group in Moscow, resulting in a statement being issued.
