I Believe That History Tends to Repeat Itself: Vahram Poghosyan
The experience of the first war has shown that the militia, under the command of professional military leaders, were able to not only withstand the enemy's large forces but also deliver a worthy counterattack. I believe that history tends to repeat itself.
