Formation of Units from Territorial Defense Forces is Underway in All Regions of Artsakh

The President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, stated on his Facebook page: “Today, I visited the Askeran regional center and discussed with the regional leadership the participation of territorial defense forces in military operations. The head of the regional administration reported that the people have a strong sense of responsibility and the process of forming volunteer units is proceeding appropriately.

Following the example of Askeran, the formation of units composed of territorial defense forces is currently underway in all regions of the Republic. In the coming hours and days, the Defense Army will be reinforced by our citizens with extensive experience and knowledge in military services and warfare. I am confident that their participation will significantly enhance the effectiveness of our troops' operations on the battlefield.”
