Civilian Objects Targeted Overnight; One Apartment Burnt in Martakert - Vahram Poghosyan

The night was restless in Askeran, Martuni, and Martakert. This information was provided by the spokesperson of the Artsakh President, Vahram Poghosyan.

“Azerbaijan has continued to shell the settlements of Artsakh, violating the ceasefire regime declared for humanitarian purposes on October 10. Overnight, civilian objects were targeted. One apartment was burnt in Martakert. There are no casualties or injuries,” he stated.
