Artsakh President Signs Bill on Amendments to Defense Law
A few moments ago, I signed the bill on amendments to the Artsakh Defense Law, which was unanimously adopted by the National Assembly today. This bill was presented to the National Assembly on my initiative and will regulate the participation of volunteers in our Republic's armed defense based on the principles of voluntary service.
This information was reported by the press service of the Artsakh President.
The necessity of the law arises from the current wartime situation and aims to further strengthen the defense of our borders alongside the Defense Army. Both Turkey and thousands of mercenary-terrorists are participating in the war unleashed against us by the enemy. At this decisive moment of our sacred patriotic war, I once again call on our people to unite and put in all efforts to achieve final victory. Individual participation from each of you is crucial for breaking the enemy's backbone and pushing them back from our borders.
We will win, and we will secure a peaceful and safe future for living on our own land and in our homeland for future generations.
