The Number of Civilian Casualties in Artsakh Has Reached 31, Ombudsman Reports
The Artsakh Ombudsman, Artak Beglaryan, has reported on his Twitter page that three civilians who were wounded recently have died in a medical center.
The Office of Human Rights in Artsakh has also announced the identification of three additional (unregistered) civilian fatalities today. As a result, the total number of civilian casualties has now reached 31.
