Mirzoyan Informs Matviyenko About Ongoing Shelling of Peaceful Settlements

I had a telephone conversation with the Chairman of the Federation Council of Russia, Valentina Matviyenko. This was announced on the Facebook page of the President of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan.

“I informed Mrs. Matviyenko about Azerbaijan's non-compliance with the ceasefire regime and the ongoing shelling of peaceful settlements, as well as the involvement of Turkish and international terrorists,” wrote the Speaker of the National Assembly.
