Enfjaghyan Discusses Belarusian Arms Sales to Baku with Sergey Trotsyukin

The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Vahe Enfjaghyan, met with Sergey Trotsyukin, the Charge d'Affaires of the Republic of Belarus in Armenia, on October 12. The two sides addressed the complex geopolitical situation that has developed in the region.

Deputy Speaker Enfjaghyan presented the situation arising from Azerbaijan's ongoing aggression. The interlocutors reaffirmed that the issue does not have a military solution and that the only way to resolve it is through peaceful negotiations, explicitly excluding the spread of terrorism.

Enfjaghyan drew the attention of the Belarusian side to the circulating information regarding the supply of Belarusian weapons to Azerbaijan. The Deputy Speaker expressed hope that targeted statements and actions would be taken by Belarus concerning the aforementioned phenomena and facts.
