Russia Extremely Interested in Stability in Armenia and Azerbaijan: Zakharova
Russia, defending its national interests, is extremely interested in a stable situation in Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, during the Voskresny Vecher with Vladimir Soloviev broadcast.
"The peculiarity of the current situation is that, given the existence of our national interests, which we have and protect, it is of primary importance for us the stability of both Azerbaijan and Armenia, and their relations are significantly important to us," she said.
Zakharova emphasized that Russia does not allow itself to play on the feelings of the peoples of other countries and has never engaged in 'empty rhetoric.'
