Nikol Pashinyan Holds Phone Conversation with Angela Merkel
The Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel, had a phone conversation with the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, as stated in a declaration from the German government.
"The Chancellor welcomed the agreement on humanitarian ceasefire and emphasized that all parties should adhere to it," the statement reads.
Merkel has called for negotiations to start within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.
