I Will Appeal to the Armenian Authorities to Recognize Artsakh's Independence: President of Artsakh

If we do not feel Azerbaijan's readiness to resolve the issue peacefully in the next one or two days, I will appeal to the Armenian authorities to recognize the independence of Artsakh, said the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, to reporters.

“I will address international organizations and all countries of the world; of course, we will see the list of those countries that respect human rights, international law, and the world will see the list of those countries that support terrorism,” he stated.

Arayik Harutyunyan noted that the countries supporting Azerbaijan are supporting international terrorism. “They should be listed; they must answer to humanity and God,” Harutyunyan said.

The President of Artsakh expressed gratitude and mentioned that he bows before those who do not hear the press conference but are on the front lines. “They perform acts of heroism every moment; we will have the opportunity to present hundreds and thousands of heroic deeds, I want to say that I am proud to have compatriots like you, dear soldiers, combat comrades, I bow to you, as they say, may I carry all your pain,” said Harutyunyan.
