Azerbaijan's Armed Forces Conduct Targeted Attacks on Peaceful Settlements: Armenian Human Rights Defender

The Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

“Since the first day of the armed attacks against the population of Artsakh, starting from September 27, the Azerbaijani armed forces have been conducting systematic and widespread targeted armed attacks on peaceful settlements and civilians, including children and journalists, employing brutality and terrorist methods by using prohibited weapons.

All of this has been documented and presented in detail in the 2nd interim report of the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, which is dedicated to the atrocities committed by Azerbaijan against the population of Artsakh.

Attached are several photographs from the report, all of which have been published with the appropriate approvals obtained by my colleague in Artsakh in accordance with established procedures.”
