Azerbaijani Forces Shell Martuni City in Artsakh, One Fatality Reported and Residential Buildings Damaged

Azerbaijani forces have shelled the city of Martuni in Artsakh following a ceasefire announcement, according to reports from the Artsakh Information Headquarters.

“After the announcement of a ceasefire, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces shelled the city of Martuni at night, resulting in the death of one civilian and damage to residential buildings,” the statement posted on the Artsakh Information Headquarters' Facebook page reads.
