Zohrab Mnatsakanyan Returns to Yerevan

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, has returned to Yerevan. This was announced by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Anna Naghdalyan, who also shared a photo from Zvartnots Airport.

Following approximately 11 hours of negotiations in Moscow, the parties have agreed to declare a ceasefire on October 10 at 12:00 for humanitarian purposes, specifically to exchange the bodies of victims and prisoners.
