Striking Stepanakert is Disrespectful to Moscow's Results: Vahram Poghosyan

The recent shelling of Stepanakert is a disrespectful attitude towards the outcomes of the negotiations that took place in Moscow. In an interview with Armenian News Agency 'Armenpress', Vahram Poghosyan, the press secretary of the Artsakh president, stated that the authorities of Artsakh condemn Azerbaijan's continuous violations of the ceasefire.

“This baseless aggression against peace and the civilian population must receive a political evaluation, primarily from the Russian Federation, which has made great efforts to establish the ceasefire, the co-chairmanship of the OSCE Minsk Group, and the international community. All of this indicates that one of the best solutions for the Artsakh issue could be the recognition of Artsakh's independence by the co-chairing countries of the OSCE Minsk Group,” he said.
