Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated during a press briefing that fire has not ceased in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, as the necessary conditions for this have not been met. This was reported by TASS.
“The cessation of fire for humanitarian reasons has not yet begun, as the conditions for its implementation are absent. Combat operations are still ongoing,” he said.
