On the morning of September 27, Azerbaijan launched an attack on Artsakh, violating all international obligations, with the direct involvement of the Turkish army and terrorists transported from the Middle East. During this period, both Artsakh and Armenian settlements have been subjected to repeated shelling, resulting in numerous casualties and injuries among the civilian population, while dozens of buildings have been destroyed, causing significant damage to civilian infrastructure.

The Armenian Armed Forces are engaged in heroic and tenacious battles against the enemy, inflicting severe losses on both manpower and equipment.
