What Fine Will Be Imposed for Violating Martial Law Rules

The main reporter of the bills on administrative offenses, criminal, and labor codes, Justice Minister Rustam Badasyan, presented to the deputies that these aim to prevent the dissemination of false information and anti-state activities during martial law.

It is established that the violation of restrictions on the right to free movement in territories where martial law is declared, or the breach of a special regime for entering and exiting those areas, will result in a fine ranging from two hundred to three hundred times the minimum wage, which translates to 200,000 to 300,000 AMD.
