Special Efforts to Insult Our Cross Symbol and Despair Us: Bishop Pargev

We have never started a war, we have never violated a ceasefire. The leader of the Artsakh Diocese, Bishop Pargev, began his briefing at the Artsakh information headquarters with these words.
