Phone Conversation Between Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Artsakh

In the night of October 8 to the morning of October 9, a phone conversation took place between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Artsakh. The Armenian Foreign Minister informed his counterpart about his discussions on October 8 with representatives of the co-chairing countries of the OSCE Minsk Group and the proposal of the President of Russia to hold consultations in Moscow with the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia.

The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Artsakh exchanged thoughts on the agenda of the upcoming consultations in Moscow, the cessation of military operations, and the exchange of bodies and prisoners for humanitarian purposes.
