Phone Conversation Between Armenia and Artsakh Foreign Ministers Held

On the night of October 8 and into the morning of the 9th, a phone conversation took place between Armenia's Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Artsakh's Foreign Minister Masis Mayilyan.

The Armenian Foreign Minister informed his counterpart about his discussions with representatives of the co-chairing countries of the OSCE Minsk Group on October 8, as well as the Russian President's proposal to hold consultations in Moscow among the foreign ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia.

The foreign ministers of Armenia and Artsakh exchanged views on the agenda for the upcoming consultations in Moscow, the cessation of military operations, and the exchange of bodies and prisoners for humanitarian purposes.
