Consultations among the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia have been ongoing for more than 5 hours at the reception hall of the Russian Foreign Ministry. The flags of the three countries adorn the press conference room, inspiring hope that the ministers will emerge and provide some information.

It is worth recalling that after a series of phone calls between Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and President Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Russian Federation called for a cessation of hostilities in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone for humanitarian reasons to facilitate the exchange of prisoners and the bodies of the deceased.
