No Agreed Proposal on Humanitarian Ceasefire Yet: ICRC

The delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Armenia announced that they remain prepared to act as a humanitarian mediator. However, at this moment, they report that there is still no agreed proposal on a humanitarian ceasefire between the parties.

Zara Amatuni, a representative of the ICRC delegation in Armenia, added that they continue to maintain constant communication with the involved authorities.
