If military operations cannot be halted, at least a temporary ceasefire should be achieved: Abrahamyan

The head of the "Henaket" analytical center and former advisor to the President of Armenia, Tigran Abrahamyan, stated on his Facebook page:

Since the start of military operations, I have addressed the humanitarian aspect of the war for the third time, focusing on the exchange of bodies of victims and prisoners in the hot spots of the front (there is no exact information on this matter).

In Moscow, the agenda for the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan includes issues related to the cessation of military operations and the exchange of bodies and prisoners for humanitarian purposes.

If military operations cannot be halted, at least a temporary ceasefire should be reached in order to address humanitarian issues.
