Doubts Exist that Azerbaijan's Strategic Management System is Disrupted: Artur Hunanyan

During a press briefing with journalists at the Armenian Unified Information Center, Armenian Ministry of Defence representative Artur Hunanyan addressed the statement made today by the leader of the opposing country, claiming that they have managed to liberate Hadrut.

There are very serious doubts and concerns that Azerbaijan's strategic management system is disrupted, either intentionally or due to circumstances.
