Armenian Hackers Breach Azerbaijani Banking System, Causing Panic in the Country

Armenian hackers have breached the Azerbaijani banking system, leading to panic in the country. This information has been reported by Infoteka 24.

Specifically, Armenian hackers have targeted AzeriCard, the processing center for internationally recognized payment systems such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Currently, AzeriCard services 31 banks, including both Azerbaijani and foreign banks.

AzeriCard allows users to make payments for transportation, telecommunications, utilities, customs duties, taxes, and internet services.

As of today, the AzeriCard system, compromised by Armenian hackers, supports over 2,000,000 bank cards, 1,500 ATMs, and approximately 40,000 electronic terminals.
