Stanislav Zas Speaks on Turkey's Possible Intervention in the Karabakh Conflict

The possible intervention of Turkey in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict would be unconstructive; however, the CSTO will be cautious not to harm the conflict resolution process, stated the organization's Secretary General Stanislav Zas, as reported by RIA Novosti.
“I believe that this will not happen. Any intervention by a third party would be unconstructive. Pay attention to the CSTO's balanced position on this conflict. The organization is very careful not to damage the conflict resolution process. We believe that all countries, including Turkey, should have this position,” Zas said, responding to a question about what the CSTO would do if Turkey openly intervened in the Karabakh conflict.
