Political Dialogue Necessary for Resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh Issue, Says German Foreign Minister

The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, and the German Foreign Minister, Heiko Maas, have held a phone conversation during which they discussed the situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, reports TASS news agency.
Maas expressed deep concern regarding the escalation of tensions in the region and emphasized that a political dialogue is necessary for resolving the issue.
