Azerbaijani authorities are so blasphemous that they do not hesitate to brutally target not only civilians and buildings but also schools, kindergartens, and churches. This was stated by Artaq Beglaryan, the Ombudsman of Artsakh, on his Facebook page.
“Just now, Azerbaijani armed forces struck the Ghazanchetsots Church in Shushi with a precision missile. What can one say about them?” Beglaryan wrote.
