We Have Evidence That Airstrikes Are Fully Executed by Turkish Leadership

We have evidence that the Turkish leadership is executing the planning of the strikes. In particular, the airstrikes are entirely directed and controlled by representatives of the Turkish Armed Forces. This was reported during a briefing with journalists by the Ministry of Defense representative Artur Hovhannisyan.

“We have clear evidence that Turkish officers are being used as scouts and planners, but we currently do not have evidence regarding the deployment of separate Turkish units,” he stated.
