The Director of the Information and Public Relation Department of the Prime Minister's Office, Hovhannes Movsisyan, has published another list of Azerbaijani casualties: "Part 3, another 102 names. We continue to reveal the real number and names of Azerbaijani casualties." He had previously published the first and second parts.
