Russian President Calls Nagorno-Karabakh Events a Tragedy

Russian President Vladimir Putin has described the events in Nagorno-Karabakh as a tragedy. “The events in Nagorno-Karabakh are a tragedy,” he said.
Putin emphasized that Russia is concerned and calls for an immediate ceasefire in the region. According to him, people are dying, and Moscow hopes that the conflict will be resolved in the near future.
