According to the TASS news agency, the French minister stated that talks are also scheduled for October 12 in Moscow. He did not specify the level at which these discussions would take place.
“We have not reached results at this point. The OSCE Minsk Group negotiations have been ongoing for 11 days. One will take place tomorrow in Geneva, the other on Monday in Moscow. We hope this will lead to the start of negotiations between the conflicting parties,” emphasized Le Drian.
