It Doesn't Matter to Me What Problems Azerbaijan Will Have: An Azerbaijani Pilot's Wife's Disclosure

The wife of an Azerbaijani military pilot, Sabina Valieva, has addressed her fellow countrymen and authorities: “President Aliyev of Azerbaijan, stop, do not destroy our children.” The wife of the pilot killed in Artsakh reveals secrets of the Azerbaijani army. This was reported by INFOTEKA.

Sabina Valieva, wife of the Azerbaijani Air Force pilot killed in Artsakh, published an appeal addressed to President Ilham Aliyev in which she speaks of horrors happening in the Azerbaijani army on the front line, the thousands of corpses, and the illegal actions of Syrian mercenaries. Below is a translation of the scandalous letter.

“I am Sabina Chingiz's wife, the deceased pilot Valiev from the Azerbaijani Air Force, and I appeal to all our citizens of Azerbaijan and government officials from various countries. On October 3, 2020, during the conflict in Artsakh, my husband, pilot Valiev Sabir from the AR Air Force, was killed. He has not been found. We have two children. A colleague called me (I cannot mention his name) and informed me of this news. I asked why Sabir did not eject; I was told that they could not do so, as they would have been captured. Turkish pilots accompanied them, two of whom had already died. He also said that if Azerbaijani or Turkish pilots were captured, Azerbaijan would face serious problems. I do not care what problems Azerbaijan will have.

My husband’s service comrade also told me that the soldiers’ condition is worse; they are sent into attack without armored vehicles. Thousands of corpses are decomposing, violating our Islamic traditions, and our Ministry of Defense does not even stop this phenomenon. Another soldier told me that soldiers are being deployed from the Middle East; they are real criminals. They have no mercy for the soldiers; several hundred are killed in the battlefield, and the commanders are afraid to tell our president the truth, fearing punishment. They keep throwing in new ones.

Military personnel tell me that if the population knows about our losses, the government would simply be annihilated. I see numerous photos of our fallen martyrs who were martyred, but for our authorities, they are merely meat. I appeal to my people, government, and the people of the world, to various governments, requesting to stop the war and punish our government for their inhumane treatment of their martyrs and people.

President Aliyev, stop killing our children, your generals are lying to you, they hide our losses and the humane treatment of soldiers from you. Remove terrorists from our country. Let Erdogan shed the blood of his soldiers for his interests in his own home. I know that when they learn that I have appealed to the world community, they will begin to pursue me and force me to retract my words. I will try to endure.”
