I Hope That Russia's Efforts Will Allow for the Cessation of Bloodshed in the Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict Zone: President to Putin

The President of the Republic, Armen Sarkisian, sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on the occasion of his birthday. The message states:

“In Armenia, your significant contribution to the development of allied relations between our states in the political, economic, military-technical, and humanitarian spheres is justly highly appreciated. These relations are based on the centuries-old fraternal ties and spiritual intimacy of our two peoples, a high level of mutual trust, and a unity of approaches to contemporary issues.

I hope that Russia's efforts will enable us to halt the bloodshed in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone in the coming days.”
