WRed
Baku does not consider it necessary to engage a third party, including Russia, in the resolution process of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. This was stated to RIA Novosti by Major General Huseyn Mahmudov, head of the International Military Cooperation Department of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense.
For the deployment of peacekeepers in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, the agreement of both sides is required, and Baku has not spoken about any such intention, RIA Novosti reports.
