Armenian Americans Protest Outside Los Angeles Times Demanding Fair Coverage on Artsakh Issue
Hundreds of Armenians and supporters of Artsakh and Armenia gathered outside the headquarters of the Los Angeles Times in El Segundo, Los Angeles, demanding fair coverage regarding Azerbaijan's aggression towards Artsakh and Armenia.
According to Armenpress, CBS Los Angeles reported that hundreds of pro-Armenian demonstrators assembled on the evening of October 6 near the newspaper's building, prompting the police to close surrounding streets. The protesters parked their vehicles in the eastern part of the highway and congregated on the street in front of the Los Angeles Times building.
The demonstrators stated that they were conducting a peaceful protest calling for “fair coverage of Azerbaijan’s aggression towards Artsakh and Armenia.” The protest began around 4:00 PM local time and continued late into the night.
