Are there living captives from the ranks of terrorists on the Armenian side? In a conversation with reporters today, Defense Ministry representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan stated, "If a relevant situation arises, a decision will be made to present that, and etc., there are many circumstances in that regard, at that time we will say."
