Araik Harutyunyan Calls for Expanded Working Consultation

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, convened an expanded working consultation on October 7 regarding the organization of state governance bodies' work in the context of a wartime situation.

The country’s leader emphasized the need for close cooperation to provide prompt solutions to the issues arising in various areas of territorial and state governance due to the war initiated by Azerbaijan. According to the President, taking into account the limited capabilities for providing services in the economy during wartime, it is essential to prioritize addressing the concerns of the peaceful population through state and charitable resources.

Regarding buildings and constructions affected by shelling, Araik Harutyunyan stated that a damage assessment commission will be established in the near future. Following the professional conclusions of this commission, state compensation will be allocated for their restoration after the end of military operations.

During the meeting, the President also provided relevant instructions to representatives of concerned bodies.
