A Call by the President of Artsakh for the Formation of an International Anti-Terror Coalition Spread in the OSCE

On October 7, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, issued a call for the formation of a new international anti-terror coalition, which was disseminated in the OSCE. In his statement, the President noted that today Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia find themselves on the frontline in the fight against international terrorism. All nations of the world have a role to play in thwarting Turkey's plan to turn Azerbaijan into a hub for terrorism in the South Caucasus.
