I Believe Azerbaijanis Will Not Refrain from Targeting Hospitals: Arsen Torosyan

I believe Azerbaijanis will not refrain from targeting hospitals, said Armenia's Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan during a press conference.

He noted that due to the potential danger, there are always contingency plans in place for organizing services.

"There are few cases where unrecognized injuries occur; most are of medium and light severity," the minister stated, adding that severe and extremely severe injuries represent a smaller percentage.
