Arman Abovyan Brings Missile Fragment from Stepanakert to Parliament

During announcements in the National Assembly, Arman Abovyan, the secretary of the Prosperous Armenia faction, brought a fragment of a missile found near the maternity hospital in Artsakh. "Every day, dozens of such horrific weapons are used against the civilian population," he said.

The MP noted that these cluster munitions are forbidden by all international conventions and laws. "Any state that uses this weapon, or any weapon against the civilian population, is committing a crime. We are at war with terrorist Turkey and terrorist Azerbaijan," the MP emphasized.
