The President of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "I am returning from Stepanakert. Our 18-20 year olds are performing miracles. They are incredibly strong. We are one of the strongest armies in the world. Supplies are being secured. The international sympathy is evident. I am confident that our friends, primarily Russia, will fulfill its role in ensuring regional security, including within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship."
