Mobile Phone Conversations Should Be Sharply Restricted in Both Armenia and Artsakh

Tigran Abrahamyan, former advisor to the President of Artsakh, believes that mobile phone conversations should be sharply restricted. He stated this on his Facebook page.

“Mobile phone conversations should be sharply restricted in both Armenia and Artsakh. It is clear that there are occasions when a call is necessary, but even then one must be extremely cautious and not disclose details. This is a matter of our collective security,” wrote Abrahamyan.
