Tigran Abrahamyan, the head of the Analytical Center "Henakit," stated on his Facebook page: "Military supplies to Azerbaijan must be halted at all costs, regardless of the source or the country through which they are sent. Our compatriots in different countries around the world, who can take even small steps in this direction, must act quickly. I repeat — at all costs!"
