Los Angeles takes pride in being the homeland of the largest Armenian diaspora, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti wrote on Twitter.
“We stand beside the people of Armenia. I call on our leaders in Washington to pursue consistent and robust diplomacy that is necessary to establish peace in the Nagorno-Karabakh region. Turkey must withdraw from the conflict,” he stated.
