Civilized Behavior of ‘Armenian’ Missile: Tatoyan on Hajiyev's ‘Evidence’

The Defender of Human Rights of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, has reacted to the statement made by Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, who claimed that the Armenian side launched a missile strike on civilian infrastructure in Mingachevir, although the missile did not explode. To substantiate this claim, he published a photograph on his Twitter microblog.

The image shows a metallic object resembling an empty tube, which seems to have been carefully placed in a hole on an intact asphalt surface. Tatoyan remarked, ‘What a civilized behavior of the “Armenian” missile! It has been so delicately embedded into the Azerbaijani asphalt. Such an obvious fabrication is ridiculous.’ He also added that anyone can witness the damage and destruction caused by Azerbaijan's attacks and the use of cluster munitions in various locations in Artsakh and Armenia.
