The Armenian Ministry of Defense officially states that the declarations from the Azerbaijani leadership claiming that an attack was launched from the territory of the Republic of Armenia towards Mingachevir are yet another falsehood.

No type of fire has been opened from Armenia towards Azerbaijan. This is yet another manifestation of the desperate convulsions of the Azerbaijani side. This was stated by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense, Shushan Stepanyan, on her Facebook page.
