The war must be halted at least temporarily to understand what is happening in the hot spots. This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, the head of the ‘Henarq’ analytical center and former security advisor to the President of the Republic of Artsakh, on his Facebook page.

“The war must be halted at least temporarily to understand what is happening in the hot spots. Do the parties have casualties? Are there losses on the battlefield, and so on? I believe that the International Committee of the Red Cross has a huge responsibility here and should take the initiative. By the way, this should also be on the agenda for the co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group,” he wrote.
