Lukashenko Declares No Military Cargo Shipments to Azerbaijan or Armenia in the Past Six Months
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has assured that in the past six months, his country has not supplied military cargo to either Azerbaijan or Armenia. According to the TASS news agency, the Belarusian leader made this statement during a conversation with his Armenian counterpart, Armen Sarkissian.
The two leaders discussed the socio-economic and political situation in Belarus and Armenia. Armen Sarkissian provided detailed information to the Belarusian leader about the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
There was a separate discussion regarding reports circulated in some sources about the transfer of military cargo from Belarus to Azerbaijan. Lukashenko explicitly responded that such transfers have not occurred to either Azerbaijan or Armenia.
